CONCORD, N.H. (MyFoxBoston.com) – Officials in New Hampshire did everything within their power to safely catch a moose that had been running through the streets of Concord the past few days.

According to the Concord, N.H. Patch, New Hampshire State Police, Fish & Game, and Police in Concord set up a dragnet Tuesday morning in hopes of catching the moose.

Authorities were forced to stop traffic at various times during the morning commute as the moose weaved in and out of traffic.

Eventually, the moose ran into the woods at the corner of Clinton Street and Langley Parkway, a witness told the newspaper.
