North Andover man arrested on OUI charge

LONDONDERRY, N.H. (MyFoxBoston.com) – A man was arrested Friday in Londonderry, N.H. on charges of operating under the influence of drugs or liquor.

At about 12:44 a.m., an emergency caller reported an erratic operator. Police located the car and pulled the driver over, according to the Londonderry Police log.

The driver, Ziad Akl, 39, of North Andover, was tested and arrested on charges of driving under the influence of drugs or liquor. His bail was set at $1000 personal recognizance and he is due back in court on March 17.
