NH teen charged with threatening high school students with gun

KINGSTON, N.H. (MyFoxBoston.com) – An 18-year-old is facing charges after he allegedly threatened several people with a gun in the parking lot of Sanborn Regional High School Monday.

Timothy Soucy, of Danville, is facing two counts of criminal threatening; however, authorities said additional charges are possible as the investigation is ongoing.

Officers from the Kingston Police Dept. responded to the school at about 12:15 p.m. after receiving a report a former student had threatened several people with a gun on school grounds.

The school immediately went into lockdown, police said.

A short time later, Soucy was found at his home and taken into custody. A woman was also taken into custody, but has since been released. She is not expected to face any charges.
