NH teen charged with DWI for Hudson crash

HUDSON, N.H (MyFoxBoston.com) – An 18-year-old is facing an OUI charge after he crashed his car into a tree in the area of Thorning Road by Memorial Drive in Hudson, N.H. early Sunday morning.

Derek Wisnosky, of Hudson, N.H., is charged with felony aggravated DWI. He was released following medical treatment on $15,000 bail.

Officers responded to the one-car crash at about 2:08 a.m. Once on scene, officers found a white Toyota pickup truck had crashed into a tree, and the driver, later identified as Wisnosky, was trapped inside the vehicle.

Wisnosky also had a passenger: 18-year-old Dylan Conroy, also of Hudson, N.H. Conroy was able to get out of the car prior to the arrival of rescue crews.

Both Wisnosky and Conroy were transported to the Southern New Hampshire Medical Center with serious, but non-life threatening injuries.

In addition to alcohol, police said speed also appeared to be a factor in the crash.

The crash remains under investigation.

Wisnosky will be arraigned Oct. 31.
