PETERBOROUGH, NH (MyFoxBoston.com) -- A 14-year-old student at a New Hampshire high school is accused of bringing a loaded gun to school Wednesday.
The Union Leader reports Peterborough police responded to Contoocook Valley Regional High School just after 1 p.m. after learning a student was found in possession of a loaded handgun.
Investigators tell the newspaper they seized the gun and took the student into custody. They say there is no indication that the student brandished the gun or threatened anyone.
The student's identity was withheld because he is a minor. The incident remains under investigation.
