MANCHESTER, NH (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) New Hampshire police arrived to the scene of a reported hit-and-run on Thursday morning to find a man suffering from a gunshot wound.
Manchester Police say they were called the area of Jane and Nashua streets for what the caller reported to be a hit-and-run accident. During their investigation, officers were told that several neighborhood residents heard what they thought were gunshots as well.
Soon after speaking to residents, officers found a dark colored SUV that was involved in an accident. They found the 25-year-old driver inside the SUV suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to a local hospital where he is being treating for his injuries. There is no word on his condition.
