MERRIMACK, N.H. (MyFoxBoston.com) â A man was arrested on manslaughter charges in connection with a crash that killed a woman last week.
At about 5:58 a.m., officers reported to the scene of a fatal crash on Route 101A. A driver traveling eastbound did not stop at a red light while passing through an intersection, and caused a crash with another car. The other driver and victim, Elizabeth McQuinn, died as a result.
Kyle Witty eventually turned himself in, was arrested on a warrant and charged with manslaughter. He was released on $50,000 personal recognizance bail and is due next in court on July 29 for his arraignment.
