LOUDON, N.H. (MyFoxBoston.com)— A New Hampshire man was arrested Sunday night after investigators say he refused to pull over and attempted to escape police arrest.

Damian Biron, 21, ignored a state trooper’s order to pull over at the New Hampshire Motor Speedway race, officials said. They claim he steered into the trooper’s path and almost struck her with his truck.

Investigators said Biron struck another officer with the front of his truck before speeding off. He reportedly drove a mile before hitting another car and then attempted to flee by foot. He was arrested a few minutes later.

Both officers and driver of the other car were unharmed. Two passengers in Biron’s car were taken to Concord Hospital for minor injuries.

Biron was scheduled to be arraigned Monday morning. He faces multiple charges, including two counts of disobeying an officer and driving under the influence.
