ROCHESTER, N.H. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- A 19-year-old New Hampshire man is accused of strangling a 4-year-old girl in his care.

Investigators say the girl sustained injuries to her neck, throat and eyes. They claim Nicolas Coker, of East Rochester, N.H., was watching the child.

Coker was arrested Thursday and charged with second-degree assault after he was brought in by police for questioning.

The 19-year-old was scheduled for arraignment Friday.
