NH man accused of shooting at jogger turns self in

SALEM, NH (MyFoxBoston.com) -- A New Hampshire man turned himself in Wednesday amid allegations that he shot at a jogger last week.

Robert Storie, 56, of Windham, is charged with felony reckless conduct for the incident that happened in Salem, N.H. Sept. 19.

A jogger told police he was running in the area of Shannon Road and Clubhouse Drive when a man, allegedly Storie, drove his car at him. The jogger claims he spit onto the car and an argument ensued. Police said the jogger told them when he passed the car, the driver pulled out a gun and fired one round at him before driving off.

After finding a shell casing in the area, police issued an arrest warrant for Storie.

Storie's Smith and Wesson .40-caliber handgun was seized during the investigation. He as released on $10,000 bail pending his arraignment.
