CONCORD, N.H. (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - Police in Concord, N.H., have accused a man of violently shaking a 3-month-old baby and threatening a woman, among other charges.
Police said they received a report of the assault on Wednesday, from Penacook. The woman who said she was threatened brought the baby to the police.
The child was brought to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and is still being evaluated.
Police arrested Joshua Hutchins, 22, of Thornton. He was being arraigned Friday.
It was not immediately known if he had a lawyer.
