NH man accused of murdering his 66-year-old sister

A 65-year-old Nashua man was arrested on Saturday and charged with second-degree murder in the death of his sister.

The New Hampshire Attorney General's office says investigators found the body of 66-year-old Judith Rolfe inside her home at 8 Belmont Street at about 10 a.m. Saturday morning.

Her brother, Duane Rolfe, has been arrested in her homicide. Investigators did not release any details surrounding the murder.

City records show the home was owned by Judith. However, police tell FOX 25 that both Judith and Duane lived at the residence.

Additionally, Duane and Judith reportedly ran a family-owned store in Nashua.

Duane Rolfe is scheduled for arraignment in Nashua District Court on Tuesday.
