NH fire department rescues dog that fell through thin ice

DANVILLE, N.H. — A dog in New Hampshire is back on land - thanks to the help of some first responders.

The Danville, New Hampshire Police Department said the first responders got a call Friday morning about a dog that had fallen through thin ice.

The dog - named Buster - was stuck on a pond off Colby Road.

Firefighters quickly jumped on their ice rescue sled and made their way across the pond to Buster.

He made it back to his owner unharmed.
