NH family welcomes rare identical triplets

EXETER, NH — Rare identical triplets are finally home after being born in a Boston hospital at the end of April.

The identical triplet girls were born April 28 through an emergency C-section after just 27 weeks. The girls, who were conceived naturally, weighed barely over two pounds each.

Thankfully, all of the girls made it through. After a month in Boston, they were transferred to Holy Family Hospital's NICU in Methuen.

As of June 16, two of the girls were able to go home. On June 18, the third girl was able to join her sisters.

Aria, Riley and Grace are now all home with their mom, Carolyn Russo, and dad, William DeSantis, in Exeter, NH. The family, which already included two daughters, is ecstatic to all finally be together.
