(FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) – A New Hampshire couple fleeing child abuse charges will be in a Florida court Friday.
Roland Dow and Jessica Linscott are in jail. They are in protective custody and have no contact with other inmates.

The couple went on the run after dropping off Linscott's 3-year-old boy at a hospital with severe burns and head trauma so bad he was temporarily blind. He's already endured multiple surgeries.
The pair was arrested Wednesday inside an amusement park in Florida following a two-week nationwide search. There are reports the couple may have stopped in New York and Atlantic City on the way down, but those haven't been confirmed yet.
If Dow and Linscott waive extradition, they could be back in New Hampshire next week. If they fight it, it could be a month or longer.
Linscott's son remains in the hospital in serious, but stable condition.
In court later Friday, more information is expected to come out on how long it will take to get them back to New Hampshire, where authorities are anxious to move forward.
