New threats made in Aaron Swartz case

(MyFoxBoston.com) – New threats are being made against federal prosecutors in Boston in relation to the suicide of Internet activist Aaron Swartz.

The Huffington Post reports that Prosecutor Stephen Heymann has received a postcard with a photo of U.S. Attorney Carmen Ortiz and the caption "Heckuva job, Steve."

The postcard also showed the head of MIT's president under a guillotine. His father is Harvard Law Professor Philip Heymann. He also received a postcard showing his son's severed head under.

Swartz was being charged with stealing files from MIT when he committed suicide.

Ortiz's office wants names of those involved in the case to remain confidential in hopes of cutting back on the harassment.
