• New RFK documents to be released

BOSTON (AP) — The National Archives and Records Administration is releasing another 7,500 pages of records from former U.S. Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy.

The documents are set for release Wednesday morning at the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library in Boston.

National Archives officials say the release is part of the 50th anniversary of President Kennedy's administration. It's also part of the terms of a 1973 agreement with Robert Kennedy's wife, Ethel.

In October, the archives and records administration released about 2,700 pages of documents Kennedy collected as attorney general between 1961 and 1964.

National archivist David Ferriero said the documents are of interest to researchers because Robert Kennedy was his brother's closest adviser and confidant.
