BOSTON (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) – There's a new jury, but still no verdict for Mattapan massacre suspect Dwayne Moore.
The jury completed their first full day of deliberations with a new juror Tuesday after another was relieved for doing ballistics research on their own time.
This is the second trial for Moore, who allegedly killed four people, including a toddler, in 2010. His first trial ended in hung jury.
Moore has pleaded not guilty to all of the charges.
