BROCKTON, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- New witnesses are coming forward in the unsolved case of missing Brockton woman Jennifer Fay.
Fay was last seen on Nov. 14, 1989. Her case was treated as a runaway teen for years, but Fay has never been found. A team of dedicated private investigators have been tirelessly working the case.
Investigators told FOX 25 Reporter Bob Ward Wednesday night that things are happening in the case. New witnesses are coming forward with new information and investigators are following up on new leads.
They are optimistic, that soon, they may finally know what happened to Fay, and that someone may be held accountable.
Fay was 16 years old when she disappeared. On Christmas Day, Fay would have turned 41 years old.
