Nashua middle school student approached by suspicious male

An 11-year-old middle school student was approached by a suspicious male while waiting for the bus in Nashua, New Hampshire.

Just before 8 a.m. Friday, an 11-year-old middle school student was waiting for the bus on Charles Street in Nashua when a white utility van pulled up next to him. The white male driver asked the student, several times, if he wanted to get in the van. The student refused and the male drove away.

The student reported the incident as soon as he arrived at school and a member of the faculty called the Nashua Police Department.

The driver is described as a white male, approximately 50-years-old, with black and gray hair with a gray beard. He was wearing a blue coat with brown stripes. The vehicle is suspected to have a Massachusetts plate.
