Yearbook: the Fierce Five, Most Memorable Group

A group of American teens flipped their way into the spotlight during the 2012 Olympic Games in London.

Olympic gymnasts Gabby Douglas, McKayla Maroney, Kyla Ross, Jordyn Wieber, and local girl Aly Raisman were voted the most memorable group of 2012 by voters.

Douglas became the first African American to win a gold medal in the individual all-around event. Voters also chose the fierce five's gold medal win in the team competition as the most memorable moment from the Olympic games.
