MSP wives wrapping state in blue

GROTON, Mass. — Wives of Massachusetts State Police troopers are on a mission to wrap the entire state in blue.

The wives are going town to town to put blue ribbons on tree and poles.

The group is meeting in Groton Wednesday night at 6 p.m. at the Prescott School.
