Mother of marathon bombing suspects says she will come to US for son's court date

(MyFoxBoston.com) – The mother of the Boston Marathon bombings suspects says she's coming to Boston in July for Dzhokhar Tsarneav's court appearance.

In a new interview with the BBC, Zubiediat Tsarnaev said she staunchly believes both her sons, Tamerlan and Dzhokhar, had no involvement in the bombings that killed three innocent people and injured hundreds.

When discussing older Tamerlan's radicalization, she says the opposite. She says her son had become "more non-radical."

Zubiediat Tsarnaev says she plans to fly to the United States and attend Dzhokhar's first court hearing on July 10. She still holds a U.S. passport because she lived in the United States with her husband and sons for several years. However, she has an outstanding warrant on shoplifting charges in the United States. Officials have said if she does ever return, she would be arrested as soon as she arrived in the country.
