MIDDLEBORO, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- Eric Megna, 18, of Middleboro, was indicted Tuesday on charges of motor vehicle homicide and leaving the scene of an accident after causing personal injury resulting in death, according to the Enterprise.
Megna's charges come after his involvement in an accident that happened in October of 2013. Megna allegedly hit Michael Dutra, 58, of Middleboro, with his car and left the scene. Dutra died due to the accident.
