DARTMOUTH (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) – A 12-year-old middle school student was arrested Monday after he reportedly kicked a police officer while at school.
According to South Coast Today, staff at the Dartmouth Middle School asked a resource officer to bring an unruly student from the cafeteria to the guidance office around 11 a.m.
The student reportedly kicked the officer while he was being removed from the cafeteria, and as a result, the student has been charged with assault and battery on a police officer, reports the newspaper.
