Methuen man dies in NH car wreck

PORTSMOUTH, N.H. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- A 63-year-old Methuen man died on Friday night after his car flipped several times on I-95 in Portsmouth.

Investigators were called to the scene of the fatal accident just before 10 p.m.

Initial reports suggest William Lasonde was traveling north on I-95 near exit 5 when his 2006 Chevy HHR sedan left the right side of the road, hit a guardrail, and rolled over multiple times.

Lasonde was ejected from the car. He was transported to Portsmouth Regional Hospital where he died as a result of his injuries.

The accident remains under investigation.
