BOSTON (MyFoxBoston.com) – All of the lawsuits filed against the New England Compounding Center will be heard in federal court in Massachusetts.
The Framingham pharmacy is accused of distributing faulty steroid injections linked to a nationwide fungal meningitis outbreak. Forty-six people died and more than 600 people across 20 states got sick.
Tuesday, a judicial panel ruled that more than 120 lawsuits will be assigned to Judge Dennis Saylor.
The NECC filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in December.
