MBTA driver assaulted by passenger


BOSTON (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) — Police are on the lookout for a man who they say assaulted an MBTA driver.

It happened Sunday afternoon, just after 3 p.m. on the D branch of the Green Line while it was stopped at Fenway Station. The rider allegedly started yelling at the driver, called her racial slurs and then punched her in the arm before running off toward Landmark Center.
Police are looking for a man in his 50s, last seen wearing a black coat and pushing a carriage full of computer parts.
