Masked suspects wanted after Holliston bank robbery

HOLLISTON, Mass. – Police in Holliston and surrounding communities are searching for two masked individuals who robbed a bank Tuesday afternoon.

Police were called to the TD Bank on Washington Street in Holliston at 1:41 p.m. for a report of an armed robbery.

The first suspect is described as a thin male around 5 feet 9 inches tall. He was wearing a baby face mask with pink cheeks. In addition, he had a gray sweatshirt pulled over his head, gray gloves, blue jeans and white sneakers.

The second suspect is a female who was wearing a skeleton mask and pigtails, possibly a wig. She was also wearing a dark fleece zip-up sweater, and dark sneakers with white soles. Police said this suspect was carrying a revolver-type firearm.

The two suspects fled on foot toward the rear of the bank.

Schools in Holliston were temporarily put in lockdown immediately after the robbery, but that has since been lifted and students were released from school.

State Police and the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office are also involved in the investigation.
