• Manchester police respond to robbery


    MANCHESTER, NH. (MyFoxBoston.com) - Manchester police are searching for a suspect after a bank robbery at the Citizens Bank on Brown Ave.

    Police responded to the bank at about 2:30 p.m. Thursday after a suspect wearing a black ski mask approached a bank teller and demanded money at gunpoint. The suspect fled with an unknown amount of cash.

    The suspect is described as a white male in his 20s with a thin build who is about 5'3" tall. He was last seen wearing a grey-hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans. 

    Investigators say the suspect used a silver handgun and was carrying a black back pack.

    Officers conducted a K9 track after the robbery, but terminated the track after searching the neighborhood.

    There was no report of injuries in the robbery.
