Man shot near Allston nightclub

BOSTON — A man in his 20s was shot in Allston near a nightclub Sunday night.

Boston Police said the man was found near the Garage Nightclub at 20 Linden St. 

The victim was shot multiple times. He was hit in the upper body and rushed to the hospital in critical condition. Witnesses at the scene reported hearing three to five gunshots. No other injuries are reported.

Investigators say the may have been involved in a fight at the club before the shooting.

Police are looking for a black male in a black hooded sweatshirt and green pants that was reportedly seen fleeing the area in a red vehicle.

So far there have been no arrests and the investigation is ongoing.
