BROCKTON, Mass. — Police are searching for a car jacking suspect who stole a Brockton man's car Tuesday.
Police wouldn't give any details, but victim Andre Jacobs told Boston 25 News that he ran inside a building on Maine Street to drop off a document. His mother was still in his 2016 Chevy Impala, which has custom rims.
He says the thief pushed his mother out of the car and took off.
Jacobs flagged down a West Bridgewater officer for help. He said they chased the vehicle, but lost track of it on Route 25.
Jacobs said he had more than $10,000 worth of items in his car, including a jewelry, wallet, DI, credit cards and cash.
Anyone with information should contact Brockton police.
