One person was hospitalized after a crash involving a tanker truck and a car in Worcester.
SKYFOX was over the scene on West Boylston Street just before 3 p.m. Friday. A silver sedan was stuck beneath the truck. An SUV was also up on the sidewalk beside the truck.
The Telegram and Gazette reports firefighters used extrication equipment to free the lone occupant of the sedan. The unidentified man was transported to the hospital. Witnesses tell the Telegram the man was able to speak after the accident, but his condition worsened and he lost consciousness before emergency crews arrived.
The truck driver was reportedly uninjured.
West Boylston Street was closed into Friday night for investigation and clean-up.
