FALMOUTH, Mass. — Falmouth police said they are investigating a fatal crash reported Tuesday night.
Officers were called to the area of Seapit Road and Waquoit Highway just before 9:30 p.m. to investigate reports of a crash.
Investigators said a red 2005 GMC Sierra was traveling east on Waquoit Highway when it left the roadway and hit a sign and two trees before crashing down an embankment.
The driver, Daniel G. Vincent, 33, of Cotuit, was killed.
The incident remains under investigation.
