Man killed by passing Orange Line train

BOSTON (MyFoxBoston.com) – A man in his 50s was struck by a southbound MBTA Orange Line train late Saturday night.

Transit Police officers responded to the Jackson Square MBTA station for a report of a person possibly struck by a train at about 11:07 p.m.

Officers found the victim and pronounced him dead at the scene.

The incident is under investigation; however, officials do not suspect foul play.
