Man hit by stray bullet inside Brockton apartment

BROCKTON (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) A 23-year-old man was hit by a stray bullet while sitting inside his girlfriend's home on Sunday night.

Police say 23-year-old Seth Bouldry was sitting on the couch with his girlfriend at the Chateau Westgate Condominium Complex when a bullet came through the ceiling and struck him in the head.

"It didn't really hurt, I was just in more shock than anything," says Bouldry.

Bouldry received four stitches as a result of the stray bullet. He says there was an argument in the unit above before the gun was fired.

Police are investigating, but did not immediately make an arrest. They told Bouldry the bullet was slowed down coming through ceiling.
