Lynn, Mass. — Lynn police are investigating a fatal shooting that happened Friday night at the corner of Breed Square and Western Avenue.
Police say it happened Friday night around 10:15 and the Essex County District Attorney's Office said Saturday morning the shooting at 6 Breed Square was a homicide.
Officials say a 38-year-old man was found shot in the head in apartment 1 and was pronounced dead on scene.
Police have no suspect information at this time.
