Man found dead on Provincetown beach

PROVINCETOWN, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com/AP) – A man in his 40s was found dead on a Provincetown beach Monday morning.

The body was discovered at 6:40 a.m. by a person taking a walk. No foul play is suspected at this point, according to Michael Trudeau, First Assistant District Attorney for the Cape and Islands.

The name of the man will not be released until his next of kin are notified. An autopsy and toxicology report will be conducted by the state medical examiner's office before a cause of death can be determined.
