A Woods Hole man died following a crash in Falmouth early Sunday morning.
Police said 22-year-old William "Wes" Vose was driving at a high rate of speed on Woods Hole Road at about 1:30 a.m. when he lost control of his car and crashed.
Vose was thrown from the vehicle before it burst into flames, police said. A number of passersby pulled Vose away from the car before he was burned.
Vose was taken to Falmouth Hospital where he later died.
