BOSTON (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) Boston Police are investigating the death of a man who was found unconscious from an apparent head injury on Saturday morning.
Patrols in the area of Franklin and Broad Streets found an unconscious white man in his twenties at about 2 a.m. on Saturday.
The unidentified man was taken to Mass. General Hospital where he was later pronounced deceased.
Investigators did not say what may have caused the man's head injury. His death is being investigated by the Boston Police Homicide Unit.
