ARLINGTON, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- A man was arrested after his car crashed into an Arlington restaurant Saturday evening.
Police responded to the scene at Scutra Restaurant on Summer St. at around 6:15 p.m. Saturday.
While investigating the incident, police talked to witnesses who said the car's driver, Nick Martirosyan, 57, of Arlington, struck other parked cars before his car crashed into the restaurant.
Police arrested Martirosyan and charged him with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol (second offense) and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
A 70-year-old woman who was eating dinner inside the restaurant was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. No other injuries were reported.
Martirosyan was released on $200 cash bail and will be arraigned in Cambridge District Court on Monday.
