Man charged with felony after allegedly exposing himself to child

NASHUA, N.H. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- A Hudson, N.H. man was expected to be arraigned Wednesday after police arrested him for allegedly exposing his genitals to a child under 16 years old.

An arrest warrant had been issued earlier for Luc Carrier, 58, after the New Hampshire Division of Children, Youth and Families asked police with help for an incident reported of Carrier exposing himself and "performing sexual acts to himself" in front of the child.

Police found Carrier in Vermont and taken into custody as a fugitive from justice. He was taken back to Nashua and charged with indecent exposure/lewdness, a Class B felony that carries a penalty of up to seven years in prison if convicted.
