LANCASTER, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- A man wanted for outstanding warrants was arrested Tuesday after police responded to his home to find his baby sitting alone in a high chair.
Police allege that early Tuesday morning, Robert Pescosolido, 32, and Jennifer Vail, argued in their home at 30 South Meadow Rd. Vail and the couple's 4-year-old son left the home, leaving Pescosolido and their 1-year-old baby at the house.
Police responded to the home after receiving a 911 call, but when they got there, they found the baby by herself in the house.
Pescosolido was found a short distance away from the home and was arrested on underlying charges for assault, destruction of property, driving after a license suspension, and leaving the scene of a property damage accident.
He is being held at Clinton District Court and will be arraigned Wednesday morning. Vail and her son were found in Boxborough. Police notified the Department of Children and Families.
