Man accused of taking photo under woman's skirt on MBTA bus

BOSTON — An Everett man was arrested after transit police said he tried to take a photo up a woman's skirt on a bus Friday.

Mark Barry, 51, is accused of using his phone to try and take a photo under a woman's skirt on the Route 109 bus, according to MBTA Transit Police.

Someone reported Barry to police and when officers found him, they say they found several photos under skirts of women on trains and buses -- but they say they also found child pornography.

Police say he was arrested for possession of child pornography and secretly video taping.

Barry was convicted in 2013 of photographing up a child's skirt while on public transit, leading to the discovery of child pornography on his phone.

He appeared in Charlestown municipal court Monday and was held on $100,000 bail.
