(MyFoxBoston.com) – A Level 3 sex offender accused of sexually assaulting a 9-year-old inside a New Hampshire Walmart will face a judge Monday.
Police say 33-year-old Ronald Beausoleil inappropriately touched the girl when she was alone in the toy aisle of the Plaistow store last week.
His picture was caught on surveillance footage. The next day, police picked him up when his car was recognized in the store's parking lot.
The Haverhill man is said to be a multi-state offender with 10 cases against him.
Now, police are also seeking an arrest warrant for Sara Neddo. She's an alleged accomplice, accused of shoplifting and hiding items in a baby carriage.
