Man accused of sexually abusing dog

KEENE, N.H. (MyFoxBoston.com) – A Keene man was arrested in connection with cruelty to animals, including the sexual abuse of a dog.

On Dec. 26, Keene Police investigated a case involving cruelty to animals that took place on Pearl Street in Keene, New Hampshire. The investigation ended in the arrest of Nicholas R. Coll of Keene on Jan. 2. He is being charged with one felony count of cruelty to animals.

Coll mistreated the dog and sexually abused him, according to the court complaint.

Coll was previously convicted of cruelty to animals in July of 2007.

He was arraigned in Keene and his bail was set at $10,000 cash. In lieu of bail, he is being held at the Cheshire County Jail and is due in court on Jan. 8.
