Man accused of kidnapping, sexually assaulting Boston woman

HANSON, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) – Hanson police arrested a man who they say kidnapped and sexually assaulted a Boston woman.
    
Police say Anthony Vega offered a ride to the 34-year-old victim and then drove her around for five hours against her will. According to police, Vega stopped at a wooded area of Hanson, where he assaulted her. The victim was able to escape and got a ride to the Hanover Police Department.
    
Before escaping, the victim wrote down Vega's name and license plate number on her hand.
    
The victim is being treated at a hospital for her injuries.
    
Vega was arrested on Saturday at the Brockton hospital, where he was being treated for an undisclosed illness. He will be arraigned Monday in Plymouth District Court.
