MANCHESTER, N.H. (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) – Police are searching for two male suspects who reportedly used physical force to rob Mr. Mike's convenience store on Wellington Road in Manchester on Sunday.
A female clerk at the convenience store located at 1932 Wellington Road told police that the two men entered the store separately around 1 a.m., but were clearly in cahoots speaking to each other once inside the store.
They both brought items to the counter and produced money, but it was not enough to cover their purchases.
One of the men left the store and headed to his car possibly to get money. When he returned, the clerk opened the register drawer to conduct the transaction, and one of the suspects grabbed the cash from the drawer.
They fled the store and were seen leaving in a black sedan.
The clerk was not injured during the incident.
One of the suspects is described as a white male between the ages of 45 and 55. He is approximately 5'6" tall. He is balding and wears glasses. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a red sweatshirt and jeans with no shoes or socks.
The second suspect, who pulled the money from the drawer, was described a white male, 6'0" tall with a shaved head. He was last seen wearing a dark green and blue long sleeve shirt and jeans.
Anyone with information about this incident is encouraged to contact the Manchester Police Department at 603-668-8711.
