Lowell man shot and wounded on Harding Street

LOWELL (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) – A man in his 20s was reportedly shot and wounded late Saturday night on Harding Street in Lowell.

According to The Lowell Sun, police found 14 shell casings at the intersection of Harding Street and South Walker Street. At least three parked cars on Harding Street were hit by bullets.

The man who had been shot in the ankle was taken to the hospital.

Police are searching a light-colored Mercedes Benz sedan which was reportedly seen leaving the scene.
