Lawsuit against Hernandez moves forward in Florida

FLORIDA (MyFoxBoston.com) -- A lawsuit involving Aaron Hernandez in was moving forward in Florida Monday morning.
    
A court filing said the judge has denied a request made by Hernandez and his lawyers to delay a lawsuit filed in Florida involving his former right-hand man, Alexander Bradley.
    
Bradley is suing Hernandez for shooting him in the face. Bradley says Hernandez shot him after the two got into an argument at a strip club last winter.
    
Hernandez's team wanted to delay the suit because of the murder charges he's facing in Massachusetts.
